You can book directly through your preferred provider's link. If you are unsure which provider or service is the right fit, feel free to contact us and we'll help guide you.
No referral is needed. If your insurance requires a referral: Ask us for assistance in navigating the referral process. We can help you!
For mental health appointments: You will create a patient portal for third party psychiatric platform your provider uses.
Yes, every visit is exclusively yours, and with a licensed provider. You have the option be seen by one of our two providers Sharnice White or Carllisa Williams. You can learn more about each provider by visiting the providers page.
Primary Care Services include:
Acute illness visits (infections, cold/flu, UTI, pink eye, allergies, GERD, and more)
Preventive care and wellness visits
Chronic disease management
Medication management and refills
Lab orders and health screenings
Health education and counseling
Psychiatric & Behavioral Health Services include:
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Medication management
Ongoing mental health care and follow-up
Treatment for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and more
Yes. We offer both telehealth and in-person psychiatric appointments to accommodate your preference and schedule.
Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Your provider will take time to understand your full history (mental health, medical background, medications, and goals) before
developing a personalized care plan with you. Plan for a thorough, unhurried visit.
Also, please be aware that should you schedule a mental health appointment, you will be required to create a patient portal to complete your appointment scheduling.
Yes! We provide psychiatric care and primary care for both children and adults. If you have questions about whether your child's age or needs are a good fit, feel free to reach out before booking.
Yes. Both of our providers are licensed nurse practitioners with prescriptive authority. Medication management is a core part of our psychiatric and primary care services, when clinically appropriate.
For Psychiatric Services, Yes. Psychiatric services are accepted through insurance as well as cash-pay. We work with a range of insurance plans through our telehealth platforms.

For Primary Care Services, unfortunately we are unable to accept insurance at this current time. But we do offer a Cash-Pay option. You can book your general health service here.
Requests for FMLA or disability-related documentation are considered on a case-by-case basis and are based entirely on clinical decision making. As a general guideline, patients must have been an
established patient for a minimum of 90 days before a documentation request will be
considered. Please note this timeframe is subject to change. We do not complete
paperwork for patients we have not established an ongoing clinical relationship with.
